I may not be too crazy about sports, but I've been a lifelong popcorn fan! I'm looking forward to Game Day this weekend just for the snacks. I've got a few new recipes I want to try out and this super easy DIY popcorn idea. My go to snack combo is anything sweet + salty. Last week I went to the store and wandered around with little man for a bit to get some Game Day snack inspiration. I picked up a few bags of popcorn from BOOMCHICKAPOP as I hadn't tried them before and everyone I know raves about them.

I ate the bag of Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn before I even took the photos for this post (yes, the bag in the first photo is empty!) I decided to use the Lightly Sweetened to make a mini popcorn mix. My side had chocolate chips for my favorite sweet + salty combo. For Travis I picked up some jalapeno flavored edamame and bacon flavored coconut flakes. I had no idea such a thing existed so I was excited when I saw them in the store!
I got to say I think I liked the combo I got for him better! All three of the flavors of popcorn we tried were amazing. BOOMCHICKAPOP is great-tasting, fun and keeps it simple with only a handful of ingredients per bag with nothing artificial. Gluten free and non GMO ingredients. So perfect. So tasty!
