The month's barely half over and I started to get pretty frustrated yesterday - asking the universe to cut me some slack.
Then, I got over it.
I'm not a fan of people who minimize other people's problems. It's okay to get bummed when you get a shit-ton of unexpected financial burdens, lose a loved one, or just have a bad day.
But, at some point, you just have to get over it. Improve or approve. Do something to fix your situation or approve of it and accept it.
I've been using this as my mantra the last few weeks and it's helping me keep things in perspective.
"Do what you can, with what you have, where you are." - Theodore Roosevelt.
What's the last thing you just had to get over?
