We are officially in our last week of the Happiness Challenge! I'm still struggling with sticking to my own self-prescribed formula for happiness (3 parts gratitude + 1 part meditation + 1 part kindness) but I will say I'm making a conscious effort daily to do at least one of those things. I'm trying not to beat myself up if I go to bed at night and realize I haven't done a particular part of the plan that day. That's not what this is about!
