This post is sponsored by Zevia. I'm 100% in love with their zero calorie sodas!
For the last few years I've been the token non-drinker of the group. Don't get me wrong, I love to indulge in some wine or champagne on occasion (like my wedding day last month!) but for the most part I gravitate toward non-alcoholic drinks. Usually it's not an issue but sometimes it does get very boring being the only one drinking water at a party! For this Holiday season I decided to create a fun mocktail that wasn't jam packed with weird syrups, dyes, or calories. Enter: the champagne (or mimosa) mocktail!
To get the ingredients for this Travis and I trekked to Whole Foods this past weekend. It's been a year since I was last in one (last time being on my solo-vacation to Chicago last December) and this gave us the perfect excuse to make the drive to Tallahassee.
We spent about an hour wandering the isles and eating lunch there. I picked up a few 6 packs of Ginger Ale Zevia to use as the base for my recipe. I was so happy with my haul! Clearly I have a thing for Snapea Crisps and Arctic Zero. So the recipe is super simple and tastes amazing! I'm not a champagne connoisseur but this tasted remarkably similar to the real stuff to me.
- 1 can Ginger Ale Zevia
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup white grape juice
- Orange Juice (If turning it into a mimosa)
Just divide the ingredients into two cups, and enjoy!
I can't wait to find a reason to use this recipe again to #CheersTo the holiday season!

Ever tried a non-alcoholic 'mocktail' before?
