The Magical Egg White Oatmeal

I'm thrilled to introduce you all today to the breakfast that's been filling my happy little belly up every morning for months now. I'm certainly not the first person to come up with the idea of putting egg whites in oatmeal, and I first stumbled upon the idea thanks to Andrea (who's going to make the worlds best doctor!) While I clearly think the oatmeal tastes incredible if you really don't like the taste of eggs you should probably pass. I think I could taste the eggs a bit the first few times I made it but now I don't notice it at all. Adding 1/4 cup of egg whites to the oats makes them super huge and fluffy, and adds 5 grams of protein for only 30 calories!
