Will you be my Valentine?

There are very few things I don't enjoy about being single. Ever since I reclaimed this status a few months ago I have been relishing this time in my life where I can focus on myself and my goals. As much as I enjoy eating popcorn for dinner sometimes, hogging the entire bed to myself, and being able to flirt with every hot guy I see (Holla!) there are a few less-than-awesome parts of singledom: - You can't make anyone else take out the trash

- You have to kill all the bugs

- Valentines Day

Who knows what life may bring in the next few weeks but, as of today, we are one month away from Valentines Day and my tentative plans include getting drunk at home alone and texting all my ex's.

I kid.

As with all Holiday's I love to really get into the spirit of things. That can be difficult to do when your primary companion is a fat cat who'd likely try to eat, or poop on, any Valentine you made. So - I'm asking for your help!

Please give me a Holiday themed project to work on and let me send you a Valentine! I absolutely adore sending (and receiving!) mail and I would love nothing more than to send out cards to anyone who would like one. I'll have to keep it exclusive to the U.S. residents this time around (yes, I'm already thinking of doing this for future Holiday's) but if I get a good enough response I'll look for a sponsor next time to help with postage so I can include my lovely Canadaland friends!

That look on Salems face ... you'd think I was violating him or something.

So, if your interested please email your name and address to Erica@EricaDHouse.com and put "Valentines" in the subject line. I'm not sure if I'm going to do handmade or not, it really depends on how many people respond. I've got so many adorable ideas floating around - I can't wait to get to work!

Don't forget to check and see if you are a winner in the Headband giveaway. I need your addresses today!
