    Got up and worked out at 4:30 – then went back to bed! After I got up again I did our Turkey Trot 5k – it was too nice out not to. Then I ate chocolate cheesecake :)

  • I feel you! I did a 5 mile Turkey Trot yesterday and 3.1 on the elliptical! I indulged in Pecan Pie (which is like 500 cal a slice) and felt just fine about it, haha! Also- I haven’t tried the Dilate…got it in a Bulu box but am not sure if it’s worth trying, what do you think?

      I looked it up online before trying it to ensure it was legit – I didn’t see any reviews for the particular brand but the concept is sound. I took half the dose (2 before my workout) and I’m not sure if I’d be able to tell anything from just one trial. I didn’t hurt anything so I’ll at least use up the rest of them!
