June Fitness Summary

Erica:

Minutes exercising: 1283

Miles completed: 41.1

Matt:

Minutes exercising: 1001

Miles completed: 44.6

 

This is the first month we have both kept records of the time we’ve spent exercising & the activity type and I am so blown away by the results! We will definitely continue to do this monthly (and share our reports) as well as announce new goals for the coming month. For July our goal is to run a 5k in under 38 minutes (shaving 6 minutes off our current time). Individually we will aim for the following:

Erica:

15 push-ups

 Matt:

7 pull-ups

2 pound weight loss

Hopefully when we report our July results we can celebrate reaching those goals! I’ll even video tape us doing the push-ups and pull-ups as proof. Happy Saturday!
